Our research section provides listings of publications, papers, posters, lesson plans (with grade level indicated) and presentations about the world's four horseshoe crab species. Where available, links to pdfs of abstracts, full papers, presentations, posters, or lesson plans are included.

How to search the database

You can browse the database using the links on the left or you can perform a search using one of two methods:

  • General Search: Enter a search term, such as an author name or other term, select as many listing types as you want, and click Search.
  • Keyword Search: Choose as many keywords from our menu as apply (control-click for Windows; command-click for Mac,) select which listing types you want, and click Search.
